Our cancellation policy

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

• Guests can cancel free of charge 30 days before arrival.
  
• In the event of cancellation, the guest pays 60% of the total price 4 weeks before arrival.
• In the event of cancellation, the guest pays 90% of the total price 2 weeks before arrival.
• In the event of cancellation, the guest pays 100% of the total price 7 days before arrival and if the guest does not arrive.

• Do not only charge your “batteries” with us, but also your e-car – a modern electric filling station (24/7) with billing function is located at our garage
• Our guests can use the e-bike rental service in the Aktiv- und Vitalhotel Bergcristall (about 50 m away) depending on availability (for a fee)
• Ideal starting point for e-bike tours (Bike & Hike, Bike & Ski) – lockable mountain sports room in the basement where you can charge your bike batteries
• Ski-bus stop or hiking bus stop to the Stubai glacier ski area, Elferlifte Neustift, Schlick 2000 Fulpmes, Serlesbahnes Mieders and the nearby city of Innsbruck directly opposite the front door
• Cross-country ski trails, hikes and summit tours directly at our front door
• Get on the track of the Stubai Ultratrail right outside the door of our stoanmandl

• Our guests can take part in the weekly program in the Aktiv- und Vitalhotel Bergcristall (about 50 m away), depending on availability (sometimes for a fee), for example guided torchlight hikes, summer hikes, slide shows, dance evenings, yoga and much more
