The History of stoanmandl
stoanmandl (Tyrolean dialect for “cairns”) are markers made of stacked stones found in the mountains. In the past, they were built by hikers to mark the way – small signs in the landscape that provide orientation. They often stand in special places: on peaks, at viewpoints, or in quiet spots in nature.
Our stoanmandl is also meant to be such a place. A spot to pause, breathe deeply, and recharge – for people who love the mountains and the peace they offer.
